I can't believe how much I have to get done for us to go away and for the boys to stay here. Even though Oldest Son is 19 and Youngest Son is nearly 17, they will be supervised by older adults. Neighbors, friends and my in-laws will oversee much of it. The boys know the ground rules and there will be dire consequences if any rules are broken (or even stretched).
This is a first time for Hubby and I - this going away without the children - and they had better behave themselves. Or else.

WOW! That's a huge thing. FUN! I will let you know what happened to Hansa. She did have a dirt eating habit, but that's in her toddler years. Very unusual though, I think.
You have never gone away with your husband without the kids??????
Have a fabulous time! It's hard to leave the kids but they are old enough and mom and dad need a break sometimes too.
